How Does the CCTV System Work?
The system records all operations at the POS terminal and displays them as text captions over the video. Watch footage with event labels and generate a complete log of POS activity.
Example Event Labels:
Current order information: items added or removed, discounts and more.
Service receipts and paid bills, including corrections and currency information.
System information about order operations: opening, saving and deleting orders.
Floor manager operations: entering or cancelling items, viewing reports, deletions, deferred payments and more.
Potentially suspicious events are identified and saved, including cancelled orders, deleted items, refunds and loyalty card use.
Automatic Organisation and Updates
Recordings are organised and updated using the logged events and their labels, so you can find the footage you need at any time.
Remote Access
Restaurant managers and in-house security teams can remotely monitor staff live or review activity later, retrieving recordings linked to specific operations.
